Mijn recital bestaat uit vier stukken. Ik begin met Fantasiestukken voor klarinet en piano van Robert Schumann. Daarna speel ik de Première rhapsodie voor dezelfde bezetting van Claude Debussy, gevolg door het solostu Fantasy van Jörg Widmann. Eindigen doe ik met het Klarinetconcerto van Henri Tomasi - Allegro, Nocturne en Scherzo.

Bio / Credits

Xiao Luo was born in Changsha City of China in 1988. Her father Jingdian Luo was her first clarinet teacher when she was a child. She studied in Xinghai conservatory in 2006. In 2010, she went to Berlin studied with Prof. Diethelm Kühn. Later she went to Kassel studied with Petra Hadaschik. In 2012, She studies at the Royal Conservatory of Ghent with Eddy Vanoosthuyse and his assistants Dany Corstiens and Frank Coryn.

My graduation recital consists of four pieces. I will start with Fantasy pieces for clarinet and piano by Robert Schumann. Then I will perform Première rhapsodie for clarinet and piano by Claude Debussy, followed by the solo piece Fantasy by Jörg Widmann. The last pieces is the Concerto for clarinet by Henri Tomasi - Allegro, Nocturne and Scherzo.
